Our process begins as soon as your order is placed. Please allow 3-4 business days for design approval and production, followed by 4-5 business days for shipping. Once your order is confirmed, we will submit design mockups to your email within 24-48 hours for you to choose from. We kindly ask that you review and approve these designs carefully, as they include important details such as spelling and layout. Proofreading is essential to ensure everything is accurate. Keep an eye on your inbox for your mockups, as your timely approval will help us keep production on schedule.

Due to the personalized nature of our party favors, we are unable to accept returns. However, if an error is made on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling or design), we will gladly arrange for the return of the items and correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
